Woodworking projects can be the best stress relieving therapy available, taking you away from the everyday worries of the world. Escaping into your workshop and creating something beautiful out of nothing gives you a sense of great pride and I think everyone should give it a go. However the difficulty with woodcraft and come with starting up - how do you make that lovely cabinet or simple dog kennel? Where will I find all the tools? Resources? Measurements? And what if I'm not too sure how to do it all? Stress! Stress! Stress! Not the idea at all!
